Macsheb technicians travel to all regions of Ethiopia to support our customers. As most construction and infrastructure development happens away from cities and in undeveloped areas, our professional staff have fully equipped vehicles that can carry a full compliment of technicians along with the needed tools, including portable generators. If you have purchased one of our service agreement plans, then we are available to you 24 hours and 365 days per year.

Additionally, our technical support services are underpinned by a significant parts inventory and distribution infrastructure. We have two parts depots, in Addis Ababa and Hawassa, for easy pick up or delivery. For significant parts purchases, we deliver your parts directly to where it is needed anywhere in Ethiopia.

Support at Macsheb Workshop

In addition to onsite support where our technicians travel to your work area for servicing your machines, you can also have your equipment serviced at Macsheb workshop in Addis Ababa. This is usually advantageous for customers who do not make use of the machineries during Ethiopia's rainy season. In addition to safe storage during that time, Macsheb will perform maintenance on the machineries so that they are ready to start work when the rainy season ends.
